It has been over 80 years since our foundation. Sussex Clubs for Young People are committed to developing a vibrant grassroots led voluntary and community youth sector, which involves, empowers and meets the needs of young people in Sussex. We currently support over 130 youth clubs in Sussex of which 15 are in the Chichester District.

We respond to the challenges of delivering meaningful youth work and we constantly strive to provide fresh, fun and rewarding activities for the young people.

We offer training in youth work, activities for young people, training for young leaders, first aid and safeguarding training, DBS checks and much much more. If you would like help in setting up a youth club, support and guidance in running a youth club or help with employing youth club leaders then get in touch.  Contact us at member.services@sussexcyp.org.uk

Many of you will remember the Purple Bus. We took over this provision from West Sussex County Council last year and since then we have visited Northchapel, Singleton, Tangmere and Graylingwell. Our team of detached and outreach youth workers are happy to visit parishes to support young people and to create opportunities for developing youth clubs.

Membership is free and more about our offer can be found here at our website
